“Hyperlocal Listener y Community Manager son soluciones de software que se instalan en los teléfonos inteligentes de nuestros reporteros. Hyperlocal Listener profundiza en las redes sociales y otros canales de comunicación, manteniéndonos en contacto con lo que la gente local está leyendo y publicando. Community Manager nos permite publicar las historias que creamos a partir de esa información en la combinación de medios más adecuada, ya sea en nuestro periódico, en nuestro sitio web o a través de grupos de medios sociales generales o especializados. De este modo, aquellos de nuestros 11 millones de usuarios únicos que quieren conocer los detalles de un partido de fútbol concreto, o cualquier otra noticia local, obtienen las historias que realmente necesitan, a través de sus canales favoritos”.
